This section of the website provides information about awards, commendations and other achievements by the Trust and by our Staff. Nominations for the Chairman's Award can be made at any time.  The Trust Awards are presented every year at our AGM.

• The Chairman's Award is a rolling programme of awards for individuals or teams who make a major contribution to health and health services at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust.  Are you proud of the care and support you received from our staff and volunteers - if so, please nominate them for the Chairman's Award.
• The Trust Awards are our annual awards for innovation and improvement.
