Getting to Us
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is based on two sites in Shropshire. Before setting out for hospital, please check which site you need to come to. You can travel to hospital using public transport, your own car, voluntary car schemes or the Patient Transport Service provided by the NHS for some patients.

PALS
Patient Advice and Liaison Service
As a patient, relative or carer sometimes you may need to turn to someone for on-the-spot help, advice and support.
PALS aims to :
- advise and support patients, their families and carers.
- provide information on NHS services
- listen to your concerns, suggestions or queries
- help sort out problems quickly on your behalf

E-Cards
E-Cards are a great way to let your friend or family member know you are thinking about them while they are in hospital. This free service is available for any inpatient currently at either The Princess Royal Hospital or The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. Once received, your card will be hand delivered to your family member or friend. The information you provide will not be used for any other purposes.
