We welcome your feedback
The NHS is your Health Service. All of the people who work in the NHS are here to provide you with a service. Your feedback is always welcome and can often help to improve services in the future. Our staff are also very grateful to receive compliments about the care and treatment received by you or your relatives.
We are aware that many of our patients would like to pass on their thanks to our staff for the care and service they have received. If you would like to compliment or praise our staff, you can:

- contact us by email or use our feedback form.
- contact our Patient Services office on 01743 261652, or you can write to her via both of our hospitals. She will ensure that your comments are passed onto the staff who cared for you or your relative.
- write to our Chief Executive. You can write to Adam Cairns, Chief Executive, via both of our hospitals. He will ensure that your comments are passed onto the staff who cared for you or your relative.
