Outpatients

RSH outpatients entrance

We have Outpatient departments at the Royal Shrewsbury hospital and The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.

We understand that any hospital appointment can be stressful and we will endeavor to make your appointment as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Should you have any concerns at any time, please ask any member of staff to contact the unit manager or unit sister.

The waiting areas are for several different clinicians, at any given time. Please do not worry if you see someone who arrives after you being called before you, they will be seeing a different clinician.

There are several clinics including breast and a respiratory clinic where you should expect to be in clinic for a couple of hours due to the nature of the clinic and investigations performed.
