Contact a patient

We are acutely aware of the pain of separation during this pandemic – particularly for those families whose loved ones are patients in our hospitals.

Having to suspend visiting in all but exceptional circumstances was an incredibly difficult decision. To try to ease this, we have introduced “Send a message to a loved one” scheme. We know how much it will mean to our patients to brighten up their days with messages from their friends and family.

Simply pop in your details below, including your contact information, the patient’s details and your message. This will then be sent directly to our PALS team, who will arrange for the message to be delivered to the patient in a safe manner. If you choose to attach a photo, this will be printed alongside the message. We politely ask that you do not overload the service with multiple messages so that the team can make sure each patient receives their messages.

Delivery will be Monday-Friday. Any messages will be delivered the same day, unless they are sent past 3.30pm, in which they will be delivered the next working day.
