Help us to shape the look and feel of our new building – Survey terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the public and staff survey organised by The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) relating to the naming conventions and colour palette of the new hospital building as part of the Hospitals Transformation Programme.

• The survey is open until midnight on Friday 15 August.
• By participating, you grant SaTH permission to use your input, including preferences, in communications, publications, internal reports, and marketing materials.
• Final decisions on naming and colour choices will be made by the Trust, taking into account public and staff input.
• Participation does not guarantee implementation of a submitted suggestion.
• Results may be published in summary form but will not identify individual participants.
• Any personal data collected through the survey will be handled in accordance with Survey Monkey’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Trust’s Data Protection Policy.
• Results of the survey will be communicated through hospital channels, including the website, newsletters, and local press.
• The Trust reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend the survey without notice.
• The final name and colour palette may differ from public preference due to regulatory, branding, or cultural considerations.
