The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust has two main hospital sites in Shropshire (the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, Shrewsbury and the Princess Royal Hospital, Telford).

A Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC), which provides elective diagnostic tests and scans, is based at Hollinswood House, Stafford Park, Telford. Lower-risk renal dialysis services are also based at Hollinswood House.

Before setting out for an appointment, please check which site you need to come to.

You can travel to hospital using public transport, your own car, voluntary car schemes or the Patient Transport Service provided by the NHS for some patients.

If you require the Patient Transport Service for your appointment at the CDC, please ring 01952 565796 and rebook for the hospital sites.
