From Tuesday 26 May 2026 the phlebotomy (blood taking) service at Princess Royal Hospital will relocate from Malling Health building to the main hospital, near Pharmacy. Clear signage will be in place to direct patients to the new location.
This move is part of our ongoing commitment to improving patient flow and service accessibility within the Trust.
Patients continue to have the choice of booking appointments at the Community Diagnostic Centre in Telford or Whitchurch Community Hospital.

Patients who are unable to attend their blood test appointment should use the cancellation link in their booking confirmation email or ring the booking line on 01743 492510 (Monday to Friday – 9am-4pm).
