Patients and carers are being invited to take part in Speciality Patient Experience Groups.
Their views are crucial to the Trust and could help shape future services by sharing their valuable insight and perspective.
The speciality groups include the areas of medicine, emergency, surgery, women’s health, maternity, and children and young people, support services and corporate services. These groups will work with services across the specialities to represent the voice of hospital patients.
Hayley Flavell, Director of Nursing, said: “This is an exciting and valuable opportunity for patients and carers to be involved in the services that they use or have used. By gathering the views of our patients and carers we can all work together to help improve the care we provide to our communities.”
