IMPORTANT NOTICE: This form is for patients for the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust Only. We are unable to provide batteries for any other patients.

Hearing aid batteries generally last up to 7-10 days.

Replacement batteries can be obtained from your nearest GP practice. They are often available from the main reception desk and you have to take your NHS hearing aid record book with you.

Audiology no longer accepts old batteries – please recycle batteries at your nearest recycling centre or supermarket.

Hearing aid batteries usually last between 7 to 10 days. When removing a new battery from the packaging, you should wait 2 minutes before putting it into your hearing aid.

If you are unable to get replacement batteries from your medical practice, we are able to post them if you contact us or complete the form below.

We are having technical issues with our online order form and it is not currently available. If you require any hearing aid batteries or tubing, please email sath.audiology@nhs.net with your request. Please include your full name, DOB and postal address. We apologise for any inconvenience.
