Order Hearing Aid Batteries and Tubing
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This form is for patients for the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust Only. We are unable to provide batteries for any other patients.
Hearing aid batteries generally last up to 7-10 days.
Replacement batteries can be obtained from your nearest GP practice. They are often available from the main reception desk and you must take your NHS hearing aid record book or battery issue card with you.
Audiology no longer accepts old batteries – please recycle batteries at your nearest recycling centre or supermarket.
Hearing aid batteries usually last between 7 to 10 days. When removing a new battery from the packaging, you should wait 2 minutes before putting it into your hearing aid.
If you are unable to get replacement batteries from your medical practice, we are able to post them if you contact us.

- Type of Battery Required (see image below)
Please also state if you need replacement tubing for ear mould(s), replacement thin tubes and domes or cleaning rods.
