How to make a donation:
In the first instance please call or email the SaTH Charity Team on 01743 261446 / email@example.com. We can take the details of your donation and can arrange to accept the delivery or, in some instances, collection of the items. We will then meet you at the location and work with our team of volunteers to get them to the wards and departments throughout the Trust.
We welcome donations of blankets and twiddle muffs for our patients.
If you would like to post or deliver any items to us our address is: SaTH Charity, Stretton House, Mytton Oak Road, Shrewsbury, SY3 8DJ – or if you use What Three Words, look for iron.darling.deodorant
Food donations: Food donations: All food donations must be delivered to our Catering Departments to ensure there safe distribution to our staff. Please make delivery arrangements prior to arriving by calling 01743 261446 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make us aware of the delivery so we can plan our distribution and make it as fair as possible. Deliveries that turn up without warning may unfortunately have to be refused to comply with our health and safety policy. Whilst hot food is a treat for our staff, ambient temperature food is encouraged during this very busy time.
Businesses of all sizes know that many of their staff and customers have first-hand experience of care at our hospitals. Whether colleagues, customers or suppliers, everyone appreciates businesses addressing corporate social responsibility, and we welcome the opportunity to work with all businesses of any size.
Fundraising programmes can be created to reflect the ethos of your company, and we can work with you to plan how you can achieve your goals. There are many different ways that you can support your SaTH Charity including:
- Nominating SaTH as your company’s Charity of the Year- host regular fundraising events throughout the year and raise much needed funds.
- Support us with a small gift on a regular basis – encourage your work mates / workforce to make a small contribution from their salary. It’s really easy to set up and completely secure.
There are many benefits of becoming a corporate partner. By working in mutual partnership to support your local hospital, you can help attract and motivate your work force, build your own brand awareness and enhance your reputation locally with regular on-going positive PR opportunities.
Please call the Charity Office on 01743 261 446 to discuss this further.
