Referring into SaTH

Referring into Radiology
The process for referring patients to Radiology at SaTH is currently being updated. In the near future, all referrals will need to be submitted via ICE Order Communications. Access to ICE will be provided to referring clinicians at the appropriate time, along with guidance on how to use the system.
As part of this transition, you may see examples of referral forms displayed below. These are for reference only – you do not need to complete or submit these forms currently. Once ICE is live, these forms and all required information will be captured and submitted through the ICE system.
Please note, we will not accept standalone forms. All Radiology referrals must be submitted via ICE once the system is in place.
