The nearest train station is Shrewsbury. You will then need to get a bus or taxi from the station to Sentinel Park.
On arrival at the barriers to access the car park, please show your appointment letter to the member of staff who will raise the barrier. There are a small number of disabled spaces. Alternatively, you can use the Harlescott Park and Ride.
